Smart Moves Estate Agency in Inverness is a new up and coming agency offering fixed rate fees and a whole range of buying and property rental services. A new website was required with high impact and branding that stands up against the best local and national market leaders.

Getting the branding just right with the Smart Moves logo was essential in developing the brand throughout the website, stationery and promotional flyer.

By keeping the logo simple with a few property related elements gave us the opportunity to expand on the style, layout and feel of the site. Using a simple house outline, with curved line to emphasis the ‘Smart’ aspect of the name, we were able to give this business a brand identity that fits just right.

Developing the brand image as shown in the stationery and flyer kept the consistency of the message Smart Moves needed to convey.

Working seamlessly across all devices, the website includes a ‘Smart Search’ function where users can browse properties using a combination of categories and filters to find exactly the area and property they are looking for. Another feature included is the ‘Savings calculator’ which lets users instantly see how much they can save by using the fixed rate service of Smart Moves. This calculator shows savings based on house value, and the commission level of other estate agents.
